Automation Anywhere started this year with a new release of Automation 360. According to Lara Argento, Developer Evangelist at Automation Anywhere, the vendor has improved each automation cycle that will help you discover, digitize, optimize and automate your processes more efficiently. Let’s see what’s new in Automation 360 v.23.
Discovery Bot
In this version, Discovery Bot gives your analyst and the recorder user as well as an enhanced user experience. The new version of the dashboard provides a quick overview of all the opportunities and the ability to search for a specific one. In addition, the process design document can now be downloaded in both Word and PDF format at both the opportunity stage and the submitted recording stage.
IQ Bot
Processing thousands or even millions of documents can be a doubting task. Especially if they are not classified into use for groups. In this new release, users can now have complete control over how the documents are classified and not depend on the auto classifier. Have you ever had trouble parsing information from different types of tables in standard forms? You no longer have to worry about it as IQ Bot now fully supports all different types of tables for standard format documents when using MS Form Recognizer models with IQ Bot.
Next, let’s look at what’s new at the core of this release, the RPA workspace.
In version 23, there is something for everyone around the world, starting with an enhancement in the AISense Recorder that enables users to automate applications that use Brazilian Portuguese. This is in addition to English, simplified Chinese, and Russian. For users who deal with various types of files on a day-to-day basis and are looking for ways to add conditional logic based on file type, you can do that now. If your organization uses Azure Key Vault to store credentials and other sensitive information, you can now use the same with Automation 360 and remain compliant with the set security policies.
Finally, let’s round up these highlights with AARI. With the updates in version 23, it’s now easier for you to use your digital work assistant AARI. The improved Form Builder now comes with the ability to add rules to the fields. You can now set multiple conditions for the fields to control the flow of the processes within the form without relying on bots. Users can also auto-assign AARI requests as they are added to a queue. It can be auto-assigned to the person who adds the request to the queue for the first person to open the request.
