Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is a public service infrastructure company founded in 1992. The objective of the state-run company is making available to the people of Dubai an adequate and reliable supply of electricity and water. Today, DEWA announced it has launched its RPA Learning Program to qualify DEWA’s employees in Robotic Process Automation, thus increasing their contribution in improving the productivity and pace of DEWA’s operations.
The program includes more than 10 training workshops, with 24 employees from different DEWA divisions taking part. The participating employees receive globally accredited certificates on RPA.
