Automation has only increased as an imperative for organizations of all sizes—resulting in more pressure to find RPA software quickly. Cut through the noise on RPA vendors with the Gartner Peer Insights’ Voice of the Customer’: Robotic Process Automation report officially released On December 31, 2021.

Based on comment coverage and overall market ratings, 17 RPA vendors were divided into four quadrants – Customers’ Choice, Established, Strong Performer, and Aspiring. The report highlights vendors based on reviews and user ratings by verified end-user professionals, following Gartner’s rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.

In 2020, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism were recognized in the Customers’ Choice Quadrant. One year later, the first two remain there, but the third one was replaced by Laiye. The report and Gartner Peer Insights data show that Laiye Technology’s customer recommendation rate is as high as 97%, and the overall evaluation reaches 4.8 (out of 5 points).
