- In the group of Leaders, Microsoft displaced SS&C Blue Prism from the third place, and in general, the top three leaders are now significantly ahead of it. Also, Nice not only left this group but also the entire magic quadrant.
- As of Challengers, SAP replaced Cyclone Robotics, which, like Nice, left the MQ this year.
- In the Visionaries’ group, Salesforce rose above Appian and ServiceNow appeared.
- And finally, among the Niche players, there are only 4 participants left, not 6 as in 2023, namely: Samsung SDS, Nintex, Laiye and IBM. What is noteworthy is that Laiye has surpassed IBM this year both in terms of its ability to execute and in terms of completeness of vision.
