Liberty London Leveraged UiPath RPA to Boost Its Webstore Operations

Liberty London is a luxury department store located on Great Marlborough Street in the West End of London. This business is continuing to embrace technology as it moves forward post-pandemic. Recently, the store has linked up with Future Workforce, a certified System Integrator and Gold partner to tech firm UiPath, to support the rollout of robotic process automation. Here is a short story of RPA journey of the business.

The collaboration mentioned above means that the e-commerce team will be able to get products launched on Liberty’s webstore more quickly. The bots can gather images from brands, find product codes and rename images quickly to make them ready for publishing on the site. At the moment, the solution has been deployed for beauty and has now been operational for a few weeks. It will be rolled out to fashion and home later.

“The UiPath platform has become an important tool to add to our armory. [The partnership] has been a great way to improve the speed and efficiency of some legacy, manual processes, [and the retailer will] use the time saved within our Trade teams to create and promote new customer offerings that will increase revenue and improve conversion”.
