October 13, 2020, Netcall announced the acquisition of Belgium-based RPA provider, Automagica. Thanks to the acquisition, the company intends to integrate Automagica’s offering into its Liberty platform, to create “Liberty RPA”, comprehensive process automation and customer engagement solution.
