One of the leading UK banks was drowning in unstructured data. Their inputs included 2,000 formats, many of which had unstructured data, non-uniform layouts and low resolution 200 dpi PDFs and scanned images. Dozens of employees were required to triage the requests. By redesigning their processes and introducing RPA and ICR, Firstsource, as a contractor, was able to cut the bank’s manpower requirements by 85%. Integrating machine learning and AI-based models into Firstsource’s transformation approach enables continuous improvement.
