Mayasoft is a business holding company dedicated to the automation of business processes, through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and software robots with the clear objective of supporting companies in their transformation process, bringing innovation and technology with the potential to improve any process to achieve greater efficiency and increase the quality of products and services. Headquartered in Colombia, the company also has a branch office in Orlando, Florida USA.

The following demo shows how Mayasoft developed RPA for one of its clients in the construction industry, which handles the validation and signature of promises of sale*, to improve efficiency and reduce error in the documents delivered.

The RPA bot operates according to a scenario of 6 steps:

  1. Gets documents from ERP
  2. Validates and converts documents
  3. Signs documents via DocuSign
  4. Records sale tracking in ERP
  5. Records sale tracking in CRM
  6. Uploads compliance records to ERP

*A promise of sale (aka ‘Konvenju’) implies that a promisor is binding himself to sell to the promissee on a particular date which would be agreed upon between the parties and appointed for the final deed to take place. The importance of a promise of sale ultimately lies in its binding nature.
