We Build Bots is a Wales-based company providing AI-powered automation tools that integrate chatbots, voice UI, analytics, ML, and APIs to make businesses more efficient. In turn, Argos Labs is a California-based provider of a low-code AI/ML Integration Platform. Recently, it was reported these two automation businesses have formed a strategic partnership.
The collaboration has enabled the development of a customer service system called CX360, which uses conversational AI and RPA to help businesses streamline customer service tasks. CX360 is a hybrid product that has been developed by integrating We Build Bots technology and the RPA capabilities of Argos Labs. It means companies wanting to automate customer service processes beyond their front office can now use CX360 to streamline tasks behind the scenes.
