In its 17-criterion evaluation of RPA service providers, Forrester identified the 15 most significant ones — Accenture, Atos, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, EPAM, EY, Genpact, HCL Technologies, Hexaware Technologies, IBM, Infosys, KPMG, PwC, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) — and researched, analyzed, and scored them. The evaluation also split them up into 4 groups – Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders, and Challengers.
IBM Consulting has a full complement of RPA services and supports packaging them into established ideation and delivery methodologies, such as IBM Process Excellence and IBM Garage. The firm is well suited to harmonize the development and operational management — the “build and run” — of RPA bots through its Automation Operations Command Center on the Extreme Automation Platform, even in large, complex managed services or BPO environments.
EY excels with a sharp focus on client success. The research firm also called out that EY “excels at enabling specific business transformation” outcomes for its clients, is also a top partner for RPA product vendors and has its “roadmap consists of investing in extending process automation with sector-specific integrated solutions, skills expansion, and ML-integrated automation products”.
