The client starts a conversation with Claims Bot that knows the client and only asks for information it needs. Claims Bot seamlessly transitions the client to a digital form to complete the submission. The digital claims form contains all the information captured by Claims Bot. Intelligence embedded in the digital form makes it quick and easy to complete. The client submits the form and the broker is automatically notified. The broker’s software bot automatically starts when a new claim is submitted. It logs into Insight and begins by finding the client. The digital broker takes the claim information submitted by the client and enters it into Insight without the need for a broker to be involved.
